    Dear LenoxFive,

I work for Community Pride, which is an office of the non-profit organization Harlem Children’s Zone. Community Pride is a resource center for Harlem residents. We refer people who live and work in Central Harlem to organizations that help with housing, education, health, and employment issues. We also help community leaders plan projects like block clean-ups, educational workshops, and social events. I’m interested in learning more about your work to see how we might connect you to Harlem residents in our network. If possible, I would love to schedule time to introduce myself in person. The best times for me are Mon-Fri from 9am and 4pm. Let me know your availability for a meeting and please see our attached one-pager for reference.

    Looking forward to meeting you.
